How do I buy a product?+
Add the product to your cart or use „Buy now“, then complete the purchase – it lands permanently in your library and is instantly downloadable.
Where do I find my purchased products?+
In your „Library“. There you can re-download every purchased product any time.
Can I return a product?+
Digital products are provided instantly; the right of withdrawal expires under the conditions stated in the withdrawal policy. If something is wrong, contact support – refunds are possible case by case.
How do I become a creator and sell my own products?+
Sign up, open „Sell“ and upload your first product. After a short review it appears in the catalog.
What fees do creators pay?+
No subscription and no base fee – the platform only keeps a commission per sale. The rate is locked in per sale.
How do I change my password?+
In the „Account“ area under „Change password“.
